How we verify prices and product identities

We record a vendor’s published product identity, package size, form, original currency, price, stock and source timestamp. A comparison uses the same identity, size and form within one market and currency. Similar names, blends, DAC variants, sprays, capsules and lyophilized products are not automatically interchangeable.

Reviewed automated sources use an explicit mapping between the source product or variant and a catalogue identity. Source changes, unexpected currencies, missing reviewed options and unrecognized variants stop the affected refresh instead of guessing a match. Other vendors remain on manual checks or have automatic writes paused until a source contract is reviewed.

The public data-coverage page distinguishes refresh configuration from the latest available run record. Each offer’s checked_at is the time the source was observed, not the time this page was rendered. Prices older than seven days, missing or invalid source dates, and future timestamps are treated as unconfirmed. Only valid, current in-stock offers can lead a current price comparison.

A displayed price is the recorded item price. Shipping, tax, customs, destination restrictions and checkout eligibility can change the final total. We retain the vendor’s currency and do not create a cheapest ranking across currencies. Starting prices without an established package are kept separate from exact offers.

A coupon is included in a comparison only when the exact offer records a verified reduction and resulting price. A vendor-approved code, referral parameter or proposed TECH10 code does not by itself establish a discount. Affiliate links are disclosed and carry sponsored and nofollow attributes. Commission does not determine the order of offers.

Price history contains actual source observations. We do not insert synthetic daily prices, interpolate gaps or present an absence of observations as a stable price. Recorded package changes link the same identity, vendor, market, currency, size and form across source dates.

Vendor statements about testing and certificates are attributed to the vendor. A linked COA is not independently authenticated unless a specific verification record says so. A captured price does not verify purity, sterility, clinical safety, effectiveness, vendor reliability or delivery.

When an identity or package match is unsupported, we remove it from the affected comparison or retain it as a catalogue-only record with a review note. Corrections to the site and catalogue are versioned; source records and observed dates are retained where available.
