Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day typically ship quickly, subject to inventory availability and order volume.
Cryptocurrency orders begin processing after the required on-chain confirmations are received.

Live rates for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Your carrier and speed selection is recorded on your order — choose the carrier and service that performs best for your delivery address and receiving situation.
Peptide Tech's delivery role is to professionally package your order and hand it to the carrier you selected at checkout. Per the Terms of Sale accepted and e-signed at checkout, title and risk of loss pass to you at the carrier's first acceptance scan — from that moment, transportation and delivery are handled exclusively by your chosen carrier under their own terms of service.
If a package shows a "delivered" carrier scan but you did not receive it, the carrier — not Peptide Tech — holds the delivery scan, GPS record, and proof-of-delivery photo, and pays validated delivery claims. Per Terms §8.10, a non-receipt claim requires: (1) a claim filed with the delivering carrier (claim number), (2) a police or theft report filed with your local agency (report number), and (3) a signed non-receipt declaration — submitted through our guided support flow. Packages that were never scanned in, or that stop moving in transit, qualify for a free reship through the same flow — no claim forms needed.
Peptech ships all lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides at ambient temperature. Lyophilized peptides are stable for extended periods at room temperature and do not require cold-chain shipping. For reconstituted or temperature-sensitive products where cold-chain is required, we use insulated packaging with cold packs at no additional charge. Our packaging is designed to maintain appropriate temperatures for 48–72 hours during transit.
Free Ground shipping (via your selected carrier) is automatically applied to domestic orders with a subtotal of $200 or more (after discounts, before tax). Free shipping eligibility is displayed during checkout. You may upgrade to a faster method by paying the difference.
We currently ship to select international destinations on a case-by-case basis. International shipping is available for orders over $500 and requires prior approval from our compliance team. International customers are responsible for:
Peptech is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities. International shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse international orders at our discretion. For international inquiries, reach us via the contact page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of the label being created. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account.
We do not ship to certain U.S. states or international destinations where the sale, possession, or shipment of research peptides is restricted by local law. Currently, we do not ship to:

Package never scanned in, or stopped moving in transit? Start at the contact page — it checks the live carrier record, and packages with no carrier scan for 7+ days or no movement for 7+ business days unlock a free one-click reship. No claim forms needed.
Package marked "delivered" but you did not receive it? Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your mail room first — most "missing" deliveries surface within 24 hours. If it truly isn't there, per Terms §8.10 the claim path is:
The one exception we resolve directly: if the carrier's proof-of-delivery photo clearly shows an address that is not yours, submit it through the same flow and we will make it right ourselves. For packages the carrier confirms as lost before any delivered scan, we reship free as described above.
All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging. The return address displays our shipping fulfillment name only (no product or brand references on the exterior). Inner packaging includes climate-controlled materials as appropriate for the products in your order.
