PeptideTech Connectthe WooCommerce plugin behind live listings

The plugin sends your catalogue, prices and stock to PeptideTech as they change, places the citation on each matched product page, and creates the PEPTECH coupon. It sends products only: no orders, customers or settings.

about five minutes

install

  1. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Activate.
  2. Open WooCommerce → PeptideTech and paste the API key from your partner dashboard.
  3. Click Connect. PeptideTech checks the plugin answers from your domain, then the first catalogue sync starts.
  4. Choose the citation’s link attribute (followed, nofollow or sponsored) and where it sits on the product page.

what it does

on your store

  • Sends changed products within minutes (Action Scheduler), and the full catalogue once a day.
  • Renders one citation sentence per matched product page, server-side, cached for an hour.
  • Creates the PEPTECH coupon (10% off) if your store does not have it, for GoAffPro to assign.
  • Answers PeptideTech’s verification challenge at /wp-json/peptidetech/v1/verify.
  • On deactivation, stops the citations and tells PeptideTech, which pauses the listing.

if Cloudflare challenges bots

firewall rule

PeptideTech’s requests to your store (verification, product pages, certificates) carry the user agent PeptideTechBot/1.0 (+https://peptidetech.is/partners/plugin#bot) and the header x-peptidetech-verify with a token only your account has. Your dashboard shows the exact rule:

Security → WAF → Custom rules → Create rule
Name: PeptideTech
Expression: (any(http.request.headers["x-peptidetech-verify"][*] eq "<your verify token>"))
Action: Skip → all remaining custom rules, rate limiting rules,
managed rules, and Super Bot Fight Mode where available

On the free plan, Bot Fight Mode cannot be skipped by a rule; turn it off, or use the plugin (its catalogue updates go out from your server and are never challenged).

WooCommerce REST keys

  1. WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key.
  2. User: an administrator · Permissions: Read (or Read/Write so PeptideTech can write the citation into each description).
  3. Paste the consumer key and secret in the partner dashboard. They are stored encrypted and used for products only.

read keys can read orders

WooCommerce’s read permission also covers orders and customers. PeptideTech only requests products, but the plugin is the narrower choice.

partner API

Partner API endpoints
methodpathwhat it does
POST/api/partners/v1/helloVerifies the store (PeptideTech calls /wp-json/peptidetech/v1/verify on your domain with a challenge) and returns the listing settings.
POST/api/partners/v1/productsUp to 250 listings per request: id, name, permalink, price, regular and sale price, currency, stock, attributes, categories, a description excerpt and certificate links. A full sync ends with sync.final = true.
POST/api/partners/v1/stockPrice and stock changes for listings already sent; unknown ids come back so the plugin sends them in full.
GET/api/partners/v1/citationsThe citation for each matched product page (URL, anchor text and HTML) and the rel you chose.
POST/api/partners/v1/heartbeatDaily check-in; tells PeptideTech when the plugin is deactivated.
POST/api/partners/v1/login-linkA one-time link to your PeptideTech dashboard (valid 10 minutes).

Any store platform can use the API with its key; the plugin is a WooCommerce client of the same endpoints.

PeptideTechBot

the bot

PeptideTechBot fetches only partner stores that connected themselves, and only product pages, certificate files and the plugin’s verification endpoint. It sends GET requests, never submits forms or signs in, and stops at 15 MB per document.
