Purity Guarantee — Terms & Conditions
Effective June 22, 2026 · Version 2.0 · Peptide Technologies LLC
1. Overview & The Guarantee
Peptide Technologies LLC ("we," "us," "Company," "Peptide Tech") guarantees that, as of the time of shipment from our facility, each Eligible Product (defined in Section 1A) met or exceeded the chromatographic purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis ("COA") accompanying that Product — specifically 98% or greater purity by HPLC (area-%) where the COA so states. This guarantee covers PURITY ONLY. No other analytical parameter — including any endotoxin, sterility, heavy-metals, identity, or net-content result that may also appear on a COA — is warranted under this guarantee, and the presence of such results on a COA does not extend it.
1A. Eligible Products
This guarantee applies ONLY to single-compound research peptides sold in our "Peptides" category (an "Eligible Product"). It does NOT apply to peptide blends, GLP or any other product category, bioregulators, capsules, cosmetic or topical preparations, solutions or solvents, reagents, accessories, apparel, or any other Product. A Product that is not in the Peptides category is not covered, and this guarantee is not offered for it. Where this guarantee is referenced elsewhere on the site, that reference applies only to Eligible Products.
If a Product is proven non-conforming as of the time of shipment through the binding confirmatory testing and the conditions, procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements set out below, your remedy is a refund or replacement of the affected Product as described in Section 11, and, in our sole discretion and subject to Section 11.3, a discretionary goodwill payment and testing-fee reimbursement.
This guarantee is offered solely as described here. It is the only express warranty Peptide Tech provides on its Products, and it is subject in all respects to our Terms of Sale.
2. Relationship to the Terms of Sale (Incorporation by Reference)
This Purity Guarantee is the "Product-specific written warranty" referenced in Section 14.1 of our Terms of Sale and is expressly subject to and incorporated into those Terms, including without limitation:
- Section 14 (AS IS / AS AVAILABLE; warranty disclaimers; Magnuson-Moss reconciliation, §14.6);
- Section 15 (Limitation of Liability, including the aggregate liability cap);
- Section 16 (Indemnification);
- Section 18 (binding individual arbitration, class-action and representative-action waiver, mass-arbitration procedure, jury-trial waiver, 60-day notice-and-cure, Wyoming governing law and venue, and prevailing-party fee-shifting); and
- the one-year claim-limitation period stated in the Terms of Sale.
Except as expressly modified here, all defined terms, limitations, disclaimers, risk allocations, and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Sale apply to this guarantee and to any claim under it. In the event of any conflict, the limitations, caps, and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Sale control. Completing the entire process in this document is a condition precedent to any other remedy and to commencing any arbitration or proceeding. The remedies in Section 11 are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
3. What Is Guaranteed; Definition of "Purity"; What Is Not Guaranteed
3.1 As-shipped only.
The guarantee covers the analytical condition of the Product as shipped — sealed, unopened, and in its original lyophilized (dry) state — at the time of shipment. It does not guarantee the condition of the Product after delivery.
3.2 Definition of purity.
"Purity" means chromatographic purity expressed as area-percent determined by reverse-phase HPLC using the method, column, gradient, mobile phase, and detection parameters stated on or referenced by the applicable COA (or, where none is stated, our then-current validated release method for that Product). All testing for any claim must use that method. Results from a materially different method, or that do not report area-% purity, are not probative of a breach.
3.3 Degradation and post-shipment changes are excluded.
Peptides are inherently labile. The guarantee does not cover, and you may not base a claim on, any reduction in purity or specification attributable to post-shipment causes, including without limitation: hydrolysis, oxidation, deamidation, aggregation, or other chemical degradation; temperature excursion or exposure to heat, light, or humidity; freeze-thaw cycling; elapsed time in transit or storage; reconstitution, dilution, or solvent exposure; opening or unsealing; microbial introduction after delivery; or improper handling or storage outside the conditions stated on the label or COA. A result below specification that is consistent with ordinary post-shipment degradation is not evidence of non-conformance at the time of shipment.
3.4 Scope is per-COA.
We warrant only the chromatographic purity (HPLC area-%) of an Eligible Product as stated on its COA. No other parameter — including endotoxin, sterility, heavy-metals, identity, or net-content — is warranted under this guarantee, whether or not it appears on the COA, and the absence of a purity figure from a COA means purity is not warranted for that Product.
4. Eligibility Requirements
4.1 Valid, paid order.
The Product must have been purchased directly from peptidetech.is by you. You must provide a valid order number, and the order must be in paid, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered status. Products obtained from any reseller, third party, marketplace, or secondary source — or that have been resold, transferred, repackaged, relabeled, or diverted — are not eligible.
4.2 Account of record.
You must hold a registered account on peptidetech.is associated with the order, and you must be the account holder and purchaser of record. Guest-checkout orders must first be linked to your account. Claims are personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable; we will deal only with the purchaser of record.
4.3 Time limits (all must be met).
(a) The claim must be opened and pre-authorized within 3 days of the delivery date (Section 5); (b) the sealed Product must be shipped to the laboratory within 1 calendar day of label issuance; and (c) the complete claim packet (Section 14) must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. All claims remain subject to the one-year claim-limitation period in the Terms of Sale as an absolute backstop. Shipping labels can only be generated inside the 3-day window. Deadlines are strict; missing any of them bars the claim.
4.4 One claim per order and per lot.
Only one purity claim and one shipping label may be issued per order, and no more than one claim per Product lot per account.
4.5 Original sealed unit only.
The Product must be the original, factory-sealed Peptide Tech vial from the order, with the tamper-evident seal intact and unbroken, bearing the original label, lot number, and unit identifier. Opened, partially used, reconstituted, diluted, transferred, repackaged, or relabeled Products are not eligible.
5. Mandatory Pre-Authorization (Claim Must Be Opened Before the Vial Is Disturbed)
You must open a claim and obtain a Claim Authorization Number from your account before breaking any seal, before opening the vial, and before shipping the Product to any laboratory. Retroactive claims based on testing performed before a Claim Authorization Number was issued are not eligible. This requirement allows us to verify the unit's identity and seal status against our shipment records before any sample leaves your custody.
6. Mandatory Video Documentation
Complete, continuous video documentation is required for every claim, and protects both parties from fraud. The video must, in a single continuous unbroken recording, capture:
6.1 Unboxing & identification.
The sealed Peptide Tech package with the shipping label visible; opening the package on camera; a clear, legible view of the Product label, lot number, unit identifier, and any included COA; and the intact, unbroken tamper-evident seal. You must state aloud your order number and the current date on camera.
6.2 Packaging for the laboratory.
Packaging the still-sealed vial for shipment, with the outbound shipping label clearly shown. The vial must remain sealed and unmodified throughout.
6.3 Drop-off / carrier handoff.
Dropping the package at a carrier location or handing it to a carrier, with the shipping label clearly visible.
6.4 Format requirements.
The recording must be continuous and unedited (no cuts, splices, pauses, or screen recordings); provided as the original camera file with original metadata and timestamp intact; and must clearly show every step above. We may reject documentation that, in our reasonable good-faith judgment, is materially altered, incomplete, or insufficient to verify the required steps or the identity and seal of the unit. Video alone does not establish a claim; the binding confirmatory test in Section 9 governs the outcome.
7. Chain of Custody & Vial Identity
7.1 Identity match.
The lot number and unit identifier on the tested vial must match our shipment records for your order. We may decline any claim where identity cannot be verified.
7.2 Custody form.
You must complete and sign the Company-provided chain-of-custody form and include it with the shipment to the laboratory.
7.3 Seal verification at intake.
The laboratory must confirm in writing that the tamper-evident seal was intact upon receipt and document the lot and unit identifier before opening. A unit received unsealed, tampered, or with a non-matching identifier is ineligible.
7.4 Surrender of material.
The submitted vial and any remaining material become the property of Peptide Tech upon claim submission. We may require the laboratory to return all unused material, retained sample, and packaging to us. Failure to preserve or surrender the material on request voids the claim.
8. Accredited Laboratory Requirements
8.1 Accreditation.
Testing must be performed by a US-based laboratory holding current ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation whose accredited scope covers peptide purity determination by HPLC. You must provide proof of current accreditation and scope with your claim.
8.2 Designated laboratory.
We recommend and provide free shipping to Freedom Diagnostics, 133 Holiday Ct, Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067. If you use a different qualifying laboratory, you do so at your own cost and subject to Sections 8.1, 8.3, and 9.
8.3 Direct transmission & verification rights.
You authorize the testing laboratory to transmit the full, unredacted results, raw chromatograms, and underlying instrument data directly to Peptide Tech, and you authorize Peptide Tech to contact the laboratory to verify the report, the method used, the accreditation scope, and the chain of custody. We may decline any claim where the laboratory will not permit direct verification or will not release raw data.
9. Binding Confirmatory (Referee) Testing — Dispositive
A customer-obtained result does not, by itself, establish a claim. A reported non-conforming result triggers binding confirmatory testing, as follows:
9.1 We may require confirmatory testing of a retained or split sample of the same lot — or of the returned unit — by an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory of our designation, at our expense, using the COA method (Section 3.2).
9.2 The confirmatory ("referee") laboratory's result is final, binding, and dispositive of whether the Product was non-conforming as of the time of shipment, and governs the claim, absent manifest error.
9.3 Where a retained or split sample is available, the referee result supersedes any conflicting customer-obtained result. You agree to this process as the exclusive method of resolving any factual dispute about purity or specification.
10. Failure Threshold & Measurement Uncertainty
Inter-laboratory HPLC results vary. To account for ordinary measurement uncertainty and method reproducibility, a Product is deemed non-conforming only if the binding confirmatory result is below 97.0% area-% purity. A confirmatory result at or above that threshold — even if below the headline specification — is conforming for purposes of this guarantee and does not give rise to a claim.
11. Remedies; Discretionary Goodwill Payment
11.1 Primary remedy.
If a claim is confirmed under Sections 9–10, your sole and exclusive remedy is, at Company's election, a refund of the purchase price of the affected Product or replacement of the affected Product. This is consistent with §14.6 of the Terms of Sale and is subject to the §15 liability cap.
11.2 We may moot the claim.
At any time, and at our election, we may issue a refund or replacement of the affected Product, which fully discharges the claim and any further obligation under this guarantee.
11.3 Discretionary goodwill payment.
As a separate, voluntary gesture and not as an entitlement or warranty remedy, we may, in our sole discretion, make a one-time goodwill payment of up to $1,000 on a confirmed claim that fully complies with this document. Any such payment is ex gratia, non-precedential, outside the warranty, and outside the §15.2 liability cap; is conditioned on full compliance and the absence of any misrepresentation; is limited to one per account, household, payment instrument, and shipping address; is non-transferable; is forfeited upon any fraud or material misstatement; and is reportable income for which we may issue an IRS Form 1099. We may modify or discontinue the goodwill payment at any time on a prospective basis.
12. Testing-Cost Reimbursement
Upon a complete, eligible submission (valid laboratory invoice/receipt, complete COA, the Section 6 video, and the Section 7 custody documentation), we will reimburse 75% of the base testing fee, capped at $300, regardless of outcome; and, on a confirmed non-conforming claim, 100% of the base testing fee, capped at $300. Reimbursement is limited to one test per order and applies to the base HPLC purity testing fee only — it excludes endotoxin, sterility, heavy-metals, and other non-purity assays, rush fees, expedited shipping, sample prep surcharges, and unrelated add-on tests.
13. Shipping Label Program
13.1 Label.
We provide a free prepaid USPS Ground Advantage label to the designated laboratory, generated via your account using ShipStation, at our cost.
13.2 Anti-abuse limits.
One label per order; a minimum 7-day cooldown between label requests per account; a maximum of 3 labels per account per 90-day period; orders must be within 3 days of delivery; labels are non-transferable and valid only for sending an eligible Peptide Tech Product to a qualifying laboratory.
13.3 Misuse.
Using a label for any other purpose constitutes fraud and misuse under Section 16 and the Terms of Sale, and may result in account suspension, denial of claims, cost recovery, and legal remedies.
14. Claim Process
- Pre-authorize (Section 5). Log into your peptidetech.is account, open a claim, and obtain a Claim Authorization Number before disturbing the vial.
- Generate the shipping label from the Purity Guarantee page.
- Record & ship (Sections 6–7). Record the continuous video, complete and sign the chain-of-custody form, and ship the sealed vial to a qualifying laboratory within 1 day of label issuance.
- Testing (Sections 8–9). Authorize the laboratory to transmit results and raw data directly to us and to permit verification.
- Submit the complete claim packet to cs@peptidetech.is within 15 days of delivery, including: order number, Claim Authorization Number, the original video file, the full unredacted COA, the laboratory invoice/receipt, proof of accreditation and scope, and the signed chain-of-custody form.
- Review & confirmatory testing. We will acknowledge within 10 business days, conduct any binding confirmatory testing (Section 9), and determine eligibility in our reasonable good-faith judgment based on the binding confirmatory result and these terms. On a confirmed, eligible claim, we will issue the elected remedy (and any reimbursement and discretionary goodwill payment) within 5 business days of final determination.
15. Exclusions & Limitations
- 15.1 Products opened, partially used, reconstituted, diluted, transferred, repackaged, relabeled, contaminated after delivery, or stored/handled outside label/COA conditions are ineligible.
- 15.2 Products not submitted in the original, factory-sealed Peptide Tech vial with intact tamper-evident seal and matching lot and unit identifier are ineligible.
- 15.3 Claims based on post-shipment degradation or any cause in Section 3.3 are ineligible.
- 15.4 Claims lacking complete Section 6 video, Section 7 chain-of-custody, or Section 5 pre-authorization are ineligible and will be denied.
- 15.5 Claims using a laboratory that is not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited for HPLC peptide purity, or that will not permit direct transmission/verification (Section 8.3), are ineligible.
- 15.6 Confirmatory results at or above the Section 10 threshold are conforming and not actionable.
- 15.7 This guarantee covers individual retail orders only. Wholesale, bulk, distributor, and B2B orders are governed by separate written quality agreements.
- 15.8 We may, at our expense, require re-testing or referee testing (Section 9) before resolving any claim.
- 15.9 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time on a prospective basis. Changes do not apply retroactively to claims already pre-authorized and in progress.
- 15.10 Only Eligible Products (single-compound peptides in our "Peptides" category) are covered. Peptide blends, GLP and any other category, bioregulators, capsules, cosmetic/topical preparations, solutions/solvents, reagents, accessories, and apparel are not covered by this guarantee.
- 15.11 This guarantee covers purity only. Endotoxin, sterility, heavy-metals, identity, net-content, and any other parameter are not warranted and cannot be the basis of a claim, even where reported on a COA.
16. Fraud Prevention & Consequences
We treat guarantee abuse seriously. Fraudulent or abusive conduct — including tampered or fabricated video, falsified or altered laboratory reports, substituted, swapped, counterfeit, or non-Peptide-Tech vials, identity misrepresentation, or label misuse — may result in: permanent account suspension; denial of all current and future claims; recovery of any refund, reimbursement, or goodwill payment obtained; reimbursement to us of our confirmatory-testing, label, shipping, and investigation costs; the indemnification and fee-shifting remedies in §16 and §18 of the Terms of Sale; and referral to law enforcement. Where a confirmatory test establishes conformity or fraud is found, you agree to reimburse our referee-laboratory, label, and reasonable investigation costs.
17. Limitation of Liability; Sole and Exclusive Remedy
The remedies in Section 11 are your sole and exclusive remedies under this guarantee. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a Product or order is subject to and capped by §15 of the Terms of Sale, except for any discretionary goodwill payment we elect to make under Section 11.3 (which is voluntary and not a measure of liability). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or research results, as further described in §15 of the Terms of Sale. Where you are a "consumer" under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, implied warranties are not disclaimed but are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty, except that some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Except as expressly stated here, Products are sold "AS IS" as described in §14 of the Terms of Sale.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this guarantee or a claim under it is governed by Section 18 of the Terms of Sale, including the 60-day notice-and-cure requirement, binding individual arbitration before the AAA, the class-action and representative-action waiver, the mass-arbitration procedure, the jury-trial waiver, Wyoming governing law and venue, and prevailing-party fee-shifting, and by the one-year claim-limitation period. Completing the process in this document is a condition precedent to any arbitration or proceeding.
19. Program Changes; Miscellaneous
This guarantee is offered at our discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn prospectively at any time; the version in effect when your claim is pre-authorized governs that claim. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing, and no waiver is a continuing waiver or precedent. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect (severability). This guarantee, together with the Terms of Sale and the applicable COA, is the entire agreement regarding the purity warranty and supersedes prior statements. Headings are for convenience only. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
