Consumer health data policy
Updated 2026-11-06 · PeptideTech editorial
Version 2026-11-06. Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law protect data that identifies your past, present or future health. We apply this policy to everyone. It comes from peptidetech.is, contact cs@peptidetech.is.
What we collect that may count
What compounds you view, search for, save, buy or ask about; the contents of your orders; and anything you tell the assistant or support about a condition, a treatment or your body. We do not ask for health information, and please do not send it. We do not infer your health status on purpose, but what you do here could suggest it.
Why
To show the pages you ask for, fill your order, run the shipping guarantee and store credit, answer support questions, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. We do not use it for anything else without your consent.
Where it comes from
From you, from your browser when you use the site, and from sellers, who report order status and tracking.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, see it, get a list of the third parties and affiliates we shared it with, withdraw consent, and have it deleted, including from those we shared it with, except what the law lets or requires us to keep. Write to cs@peptidetech.is from the address you use with us. We answer within 45 days and do not charge. If we decline, you can appeal by replying, and we answer the appeal within 45 days. If an appeal is refused, you can complain to the Washington Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, or in Nevada to the Nevada Attorney General at https://ag.nv.gov/.
How long
As the retention list in the privacy policy says. Website chats, where health details are most likely, are deleted 12 months after the last message.
