Prohibited products policy

Version 2026-11-06. This policy is part of the Merchant Agreement. PeptideTech may tighten it at once for legal, regulatory or safety reasons. Listings that break it are excluded automatically where the screen can tell, and removed by staff where it cannot.
Never listed
Nothing on the DEA controlled-substance list, including anything a store labels as research use; human growth hormone in any form, including somatropin, somatrem and brands such as Genotropin, Humatrope and Norditropin; and anything illegal to sell where it is sold or delivered. Such listings are excluded automatically, and stay excluded unless staff clear a false match. The automatic screen reads names, so it can miss a mislabelled product, and the store remains responsible. Products sold as HGH fragments, such as fragment 176-191, are not human growth hormone to the screen and can be listed. That is how the screen works, not a statement that they are lawful to sell.
Not listed
Multi-packs, bundles and merchandise are not listed or compared. They can stay in your own store. Supplies such as bacteriostatic water are currently listed and compared.
Claims and presentation
A linked product page may not claim that a product treats or affects any condition, may not give dosing or directions for use in people or animals, may not present it for human or veterinary use, and may not call it FDA-approved, pharmaceutical grade or safe for use. A certificate of analysis must be a genuine laboratory document for that product and lot. PeptideTech does not test products. Certificates of analysis are the seller’s or the lab’s documents, attributed to them, and PeptideTech does not verify them unless a specific record says so.
Delivery
A store may not ship a listed product to a place where its sale or import is unlawful, or to a sanctioned person or country, and follows its carrier’s rules with accurate declarations. PeptideTech Checkout does not take orders for delivery to Iceland, the European Economic Area, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
Reporting and removal
Report a listing to cs@peptidetech.is. A store removes a product at once on a recall, a safety notice or a regulator’s contact, and tells PeptideTech within 24 hours. Breaking this policy can pause a listing or end a store’s participation under the Merchant Agreement.
