Not approved; the main evidence is a study in obese rhesus monkeys (Sci Transl Med 2011). The only human trial, a phase 1 in obese men with metastatic prostate cancer (NCT01262664), was terminated after 4 participants with no posted or published results. What changes the calculated concentration?
