Peptides: structures, studies & sources

Explore peptide identities, molecular structures and selected human, animal and laboratory publications. Full-length peptides, fragments and modified analogues remain distinct.

114 catalog profiles · Source check 2026-09-21 · English research edition

73 profiles shown. A linked publication is not a recommendation for use. Human studies, preclinical experiments and reviews are labeled separately.

How to read the library

Molecular values describe a specific source record. Salts, counterions, peptide sequences and modifications can change that identity. A 2D diagram is a reference depiction, not an analysis of a vendor batch. When a record is unresolved, we show the gap instead of assigning a similar molecule.

PubMed publication types help organize the selected bibliography; they do not grade study quality or prove a treatment effect. Reviews and encyclopedia articles provide context. The original methods, population, formulation, controls and limitations must be checked before interpreting an experiment.
